How to respond to a complaint

……话说前几天我阿姨去购物时被职员耽慢而心情不好,结果回家还发现买来的东西货不对版…… 
然后她炸了,逼着我帮她写投诉信,然后我苦逼了…… 
好吧这没什么反正30分钟内就能完事……(碎碎念 
……可是、可是可是!!! 
阿姨你为什么要我写英文!?你不爱我了吗!? 
她的解释是:“因为英文显得我们牛逼啊!” 
…… 
好好好你爱咋就咋。

于是事后写完了,发现只要把关键部分改改,还是能凑个喻黄文,于是就有了这个产物,所以来个非正式教学吧! 

放心这还是打着喻黄旗号而没多少喻黄的文

嗯……所以大意就是黄少网购的商品货不对版然后申诉的事…… (我家的全员就是这么学霸!

To whom it may concern, 
 
I am writing to report a serious issue regarding customer service of RongYao Store on 8th of September. 
 
I bought a pillow with Suokesaer pattern from your online store on 6th of September.When I received the product on 8th September,I found it was not the pattern I requested. It is the one with Damoguyan pattern instead. 
 
Therefore I went to RongYao Store to request a replacement. When I went to the service counter to ask for help;however,the staff named Xiu Yie was chatting on the phone and ignored me.This is indeed an unprofessional act that proves his lack of ability of treating customer as his top priority.What's more, he refused to replace the product then and just said that he was tired. It is unreasonable that a staff member refuses to serve customers because of his personal condition. 
 
Another horrible issue was when I decided to leave after my request was turned down, Xiu took out a cigarette from his pocket and started smoking!!! It is unbelievable a staff member could smoke indoor in a large department store. 
 
As I still cannot receive the compensation, I strongly demand you to follow it up the incidents aforementioned. In addition,Xiu's poor attitude is extremely unacceptable. He should take responsibility for it and apologize for his behaviour. I urge you to have better inspection of the quality of service provided by your staff.

Regarding your product,we surely do not want to lose your confidence in us,I have arranged our staff member WenZhou Yu to be your personal attendant for one month as a replacement therefore.

哎,不过要是真写投诉信的话大家还是注意不能写‘!’,因为要以冷静态度去表达不满…… 
以及不能用‘can't’,‘there's’之类的缩写,因为此文体属正式书信格式(formal letter) 
嘛~基本上格式的开首结尾都能照抄就是(不过应该没有人会作死用英语写这玩意
